He arrived to find poop and mucus stains on the bed sheets and vomit stains on the floor. This is far below any reasonable standard of cleanliness or hospitality. Because of this experience, we will not be booking future stays at your property. I am requesting that this issue be addressed promptly, as no guest should encounter conditions like these. ”

“DO NOT STAY HERE!!! The lobby, hallways, and elevator all had sticky floors and felt dark, dirty, and poorly maintained. The first room we were given had dirty sheets, a rusted and broken tub/shower, and the entire room smelled sour, like something had been spilled and never properly cleaned. When we asked to change rooms, the second room was just as bad — it had black mold on the curtains. At that point we decided we could not stay there. We left as quickly as possible. “Was a crack hotel for sure. Sink broken literally had a hole where water was coming thru. Faucet broken could not turn it off so flooded room. Staff not present to address said issue. Ghetto coffe make barely worked. Crackpipe burns allover tub. Were given 1 small thin blanket and 2 small pillows about as thick as carboard. My arm worked better. Lastly, a million gigantic potholes in parking lot. Not worth what I paid. Run!!!”

“My room was DISGUSTING when I checked in, it clearly had not been cleaned and the front desk was aware of it because they weren’t surprised AT ALL when I called to tell them and see if I could get a different room-which I couldn’t because they had no other rooms. Hair on the comforter, sheets AND pillows. Several pillow cases were dirty and didn’t smell clean. The bathroom floor had hair all over it also. Food crumbs under the bed. What I’m assuming is poop left on the toilet seat. Dirt and mold……

“Management Chaos and Extremely Poor Service (Stayed 12/26-12/27) My stay from 12/26 to 12/27 was highly disappointing due to inconsistent management and unprofessional staff. Upon arriving late after a long road trip, the front desk was disorganized and even asked if I had "already checked in," causing a 15-minute delay for no reason.
